Choosing a Product
Which product should I use?
The suitable product depends on the substrate, damage, traffic, and desired finish. Please send photos and details through the contact form if you are unsure.
Can I use these products in a food factory?
Some products are suitable for food plants and kitchens, while others are not. Please check each product page or contact us before ordering.
Can I order a trial set?
Trial sets are available for selected products. Please check the variants shown on each product page.
Application
Can I apply the products myself?
Many products are designed for DIY application. Follow the product catalog and instructions, and contact us if the floor condition is difficult to assess.
Do I need to prepare the floor before application?
Yes. Remove dust, dirt, oil, loose material, and moisture. Required preparation differs by product and floor condition.
How long does curing take?
Curing time depends on the product, temperature, and humidity. Refer to the specifications on the product page and the PDF catalog.
Can I apply over an existing coating?
It depends on the existing finish and its condition. Please contact us with photos before application.
Orders and Delivery
How can I place an order?
You can order from our online stores or by FAX. Product pages link to online stores, and FAX forms are available on the contact page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is generally 1,200 yen including tax. Orders of 3,980 yen or more including tax qualify for free shipping, excluding Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally shipped within five business days after payment or order confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
